In 2023, a select few restaurants will be part of the pilot program for a smaller-format charging station before the multi-year plan rolls out. The charging park would ultimately include charging canopies with multiple ports, picnic tables, Wi-Fi, restrooms, green space, and playgrounds.

Other fast food franchises seem to be on a similar path for providing charging stations and could become a national trend.
